Warranty
All TITAN Telescoping Flagpoles have been engineered to last maintenance-free for decades. In the rare event that they experience a defect, they are covered with a 7-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of sale. For more details, please see the warranty information card included with your flagpole.
For all other items, unless otherwise stated, there is no express warranty given or implied.
Shipping
We ship all of our products across Canada. When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may change.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
